All goods sold are non-refundable.

Exchange and Refunds Policy

For items delivered personally by MiiyaRose, customer must check upon delivery. After which, no exchange will be allowed.

For registered mails, customers must notify us via email within 3 days from date of receipt of the item. There will be no refund or reimbursement should the value of the exchanged item be lower than the original purchased item. However, the buying or receiving party is liable to pay for the price difference should the value of the exchanged item be higher than the orginal purchasd items.

For defective items, we will replace in the same design (subjected to availability) or otherwise another design at the Management's sole discretion.

MiiyaRose values our customers, all delivery charges due to defects will be borne by us.

Exchange of items will not be allowed for the following situations:

MiiyaRose price tag is removed

Damages incurred during the process of delivery

Used items

Items purchased during online bargaining and other special events

Items subjected to wear and tear

Orders cancellation

No cancellation of orders once order is confirmed and payment is received.

Full refund will be paid if cancellation is due to unavailability of the item(s) ordered.
